Terms of service
These terms cover your use of itini. By signing in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use itini.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. Keep that account secure, and tell us at rjsgmlcho@proton.me if you think someone else is using it.
Your content
The trips, notes and files you add stay yours. You give itini permission to store, process and show them only as needed to run the service for you and the people you share a trip with. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you add.
Sharing
Anyone with a trip’s invite link can join it with the role the link gives — an editor can change the trip, a viewer can read it. Share links only with people you trust, and reset a link from Share if it reaches someone it should not.
Fair use
- Don’t use itini to break the law or to harm, harass or deceive anyone.
- Don’t upload malware or try to break, overload or get around the service’s security.
- Don’t scrape the service or resell it.
We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.
Information is a guide, not a guarantee
Opening hours, travel times, weather, exchange rates, photos and place details come from third parties and can be wrong or out of date. Check anything that matters — a flight time, a reservation, whether a place is open — with the source before you rely on it. itini is not a booking service and does not make reservations for you.
The service
itini is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or stop features, or the whole service, and will try to give notice of anything that affects your data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, itini and its makers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — a missed connection, a closed venue, a lost booking — arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which today is nothing.
Ending
You can stop using itini at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when; continuing to use itini after a change means you accept the new terms.
